INVENTORY AND CHECK-IN SERVICES

Our comprehensive inventory and check-in service encompass a detailed Inventory & Schedule of Condition, accompanied by a meet-and-greet with the new tenants on their moving day, ensuring a thorough check-in process.

An Inventory provides an accurate description of the property's decor, contents, fixtures, and fittings. Our inventories feature high-quality, date, and time-stamped photographs, along with a schedule of condition covering cleanliness, major issues requiring attention, testing of smoke and CO2 alarms, meter readings, and recorded keys.

CHECK-OUT REPORTS

Upon the tenant's departure, we conduct a detailed inspection at the property, either in their presence or absence. A meticulous comparison is made between the current condition and cleanliness of the property and the original inventory. Any disparities, including cleaning requirements, are documented and supported by photographs. Additionally, meter readings and the return of keys by the outgoing tenant are thoroughly checked, photographed, and recorded.

INTERIM REPORTS

At regular intervals throughout the tenancy, our team visits the property to produce detailed interim reports. These reports outline the property's maintenance and overall condition, addressing any issues that may arise. Observations cover aspects such as over-occupation, evidence of smoking or unauthorized pets, and ventilation/condensation concerns. Typically conducted every 3 - 6 months, these interim reports offer landlords peace of mind, ensuring their property is well-maintained and looked after.
